SHOR Seafood Grill, a signature seafood-inspired restaurant at Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, announces a special three-course menu for guests and local residents to enjoy on Christmas Day.  The holiday-inspired menu will include a variety of chef-prepared dishes featuring fresh, local ingredients.

The three-course prix fixe menu will begin with a winter endive salad featuring salad radicchio and arugula topped with shaved Manchego, rosemary marcona almonds, cranberries, and a red wine vinaigrette.  The main course will include an eight-ounce grilled striploin paired with a tri-colored marble potato confit, garlic green beans, and a caramelized onion demi.  Dessert will include a serving of homemade bread pudding with a vanilla crème anglaise brandy caramel sauce.

The prix fixe Christmas menu will be available for local residents and guests at Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront’s SHOR Seafood Grill from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Christmas Day and will cost $30 per person.  Reservations are required and can be booked at https://www.opentable.com/r/shor-seafood-grill-at-hyatt-regency-jacksonville-riverfront-jacksonville.
